I am not currently accepting books for review, but if that status changes in the future I will update it here, and in that case I would love to consider your book! Feel free to email me with the title and a short description of your book and I will carefully consider whether to accept or decline the review request. I will try to get back to you as soon as possible to let you know if your book has been accepted for review.
- I write honest, truthful reviews, so please do not contact me with a review request if you are only looking for positive reviews.
- I reserve the right to not finish and/or not review a book that I accept for review. I will never write a review for a book I have not finished. Typically, I would also not write a review for a book I do not like, but if I do, I will be polite in my criticism.
- I review books at my own pace, as I am doing this alone and don’t have a team of people to read and review books.
- I prefer to read my books in .mobi format, but epub is also acceptable. Please do not send books in PDF, unless the book is very short.
- I publish my reviews here on my blog and on Amazon, and I do not receive any compensation therefore (beyond a free copy of the book, in some cases).
- FTC Disclaimer: In accordance with the new FTC Guidelines for blogging and endorsements, I will specify in all my book reviews, the manner in which I obtained the book to be reviewed. I get my books from a number of sources: purchasing them myself, the library, borrowing from a friend and books provided by a publisher or author for free. The manner in which I obtain a book does not in any way influence my reviews or opinions.
