Rock Chick Rescue by Kristen Ashley

Rock Chick Rescue by Kristen Ashley
Rock Chick Series, Book 2
Publisher: Kristen Ashley (March 2011)
500 pages, eBook (purchased myself for $1.99)
Book Rating: 3 Stars
Sensuality: Red Heart

Eddie becomes attracted to the new Fortnum's employee, Jet, just as a serious situation involving her father's shady dealings crops up and Eddie decides to move in and help her with her problems, whether she wants the help or not. Jet's commitment issues got old after a while, and though I'm glad there wasn't a sudden unexplained change of heart to fix it, the ending did seem to lax resolution without it, leaving me a bit more unsure about their fate then I'd like to be. If I was Eddie, I'd have thrown in the towel a long way back . . . pretty isn't worth that much trouble. That said, the characters as always were very entertaining, you never know what's going to happen next with this crew, you just have to follow along as the soap opera continues. I hope to see Eddie and Jet better settled as the series goes on, and look forward to reading Hank's story in Rock Chick Redemption.
